1. Service Description

Ship0.ai ("Ship0", "we", "us") is an AI-powered website builder that lets you describe a website in natural language and receive generated HTML/CSS/JavaScript code, with one-click deployment to a public URL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ship0.ai.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Ship0. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Ship0 offers a free tier with limited generations, projects, and model access. Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ship0 to generate, host, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or infringing. You must not attempt to overwhelm our infrastructure (DDoS or similar attacks), reverse-engineer our systems, scrape content at scale, or use Ship0 to build tools that harm other users. We may terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

You own the code and content generated by Ship0 for your prompts. We do not claim ownership of your outputs. Ship0's own platform, branding, and underlying infrastructure remain our intellectual property. You grant us a limited license to store and serve your generated code solely to provide the service.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the websites you deploy. Do not submit prompts containing personal data of third parties, trade secrets, or content that violates any third-party rights. Ship0 is not liable for any consequences arising from your deployed content.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Ship0 running at all times, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. The service is provided "as is". We may perform maintenance, update AI models, or modify features at any time. Deployed sites on our infrastructure may be removed if your account is terminated.

8. Third-Party Services

Ship0 uses third-party services including Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Cloudflare Pages (deployment), and OpenRouter (AI inference). Your use of these services through Ship0 is also subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your projects and deployed sites may be deleted. We will endeavor to give reasonable notice before deletion where possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ship0 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Ship0 is not responsible for losses caused by AI-generated content errors, downtime, or data loss.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that AI-generated code is error-free, production-ready, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated code before deploying to production environments.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of Ship0 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as we may determine.
